Job summary

solidcore is seeking an energetic, personable individual to join our Core Crew at the Denver studio. This part-time role supports the Head Coach & Community Manager with front desk, administrative, and sales tasks, delivering a positive client experience with professionalism and patience.

Your responsibilities include welcoming clients, managing class bookings, promoting studio offers, and assisting the team to maintain a clean, efficient studio environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Part-time hourly position with flexible schedule.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and move around studio.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and connect with them by name (CORE).
• Assess client needs and address requests promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of studio products, packages, and promotions.
• Handle class bookings, account setup, and package purchases.
• Communicate studio updates and schedule changes to clients and team.
• Assist Head Coach and Community Manager in daily operations and maintain studio cleanliness.
• Report complaints to management and help resolve issues.
• Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients.
• Follow up with client lists in Axle to support monthly sales quotas.
• Respond to client emails and inform coaches about milestones.
