Job summary

[solidcore] is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and personable individual to join our Core Crew team, providing front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach & Community Manager. This part-time role has flexible hours that vary with the studio schedule.

Core Crew members help generate sales, promote the studio, and deliver a positive, professional client experience. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, customer service experience, and a passion for

Qualifications

• High school education; some college preferred.
• Part-time hourly position.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and walk through all areas.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk, administrative, and sales support.
• Promote the studio and deliver a positive client experience.
• Handle class bookings, account needs, and product knowledge.
• Communicate studio schedule changes and events to clients and team.
• Assist Head Coach and Community Manager with daily operations.
• Meet monthly sales quota via client lists in Axle; respond to client emails.
• Notifying coaches about milestones and client celebrations.
