Job summary

solidcore is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and personable individual to join our Core Crew team, providing front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach & Community Manager. This role is part time, with hours that vary based on studio schedule and needs.

Core Crew members contribute to solidcore's success by generating sales, promoting the studio and delivering a positive experience with professionalism and patience.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outstanding customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Willingness to take initiative and work independently.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• MBO experience preferred.
• Passion for fitness and the [solidcore] brand.

Responsibilities

• Front desk, administrative and sales support to Head Coach & Community Manager.
• Interact with clients, assess needs, and address requests promptly.
• Maintain product knowledge of studio retail, packages, and promotions.
• Handle class scheduling, rebooking, and account needs in Axle.
• Communicate studio issues and schedule changes to clients and team.
• Assist with daily operations and keep the studio clean and welcoming.
• Report complaints to management and support appropriate resolutions.
• Notify coaches of client milestones and set up celebration board.
• Address maintenance or equipment issues visible to clients.
