Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of Medical office Experience Preferred.
• Proficient in collecting patient payments at the time of service.
• Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.
• Competent in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage registration and appointment scheduling with the highest level of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
• Accurately triage and route clinical calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
• Support patients in completing required forms and paperwork, providing clear guidance to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting work area and lobby to ensure a positive first impression for patients and visitors.
• Identify and elevate patient concerns to the appropriate team members or departments to maintain service excellence and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed departmental productivity benchmarks while maintaining an understanding of billing processes and the medical services offered by practitioners.
• Accurately enter referral information, manage patient records, and ensure that all medical charts are up-to-date and readily accessible.
• Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality to support uninterrupted patient care and team collaboration.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare operations.
