FX Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Clinic Assistant to support front desk operations and collaborate with Physical Therapists and the Office Coordinator. You will help with patient intake, collect copays, and verify insurance while delivering friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities include maintaining a welcoming reception area, scheduling, and ensuring accuracy in the POS system. The role requires adaptability to varying hours and a fast-paced environment.

• General knowledge of FX Physical Therapy services.
• Follow proper procedure for patient intake at the beginning of their appointment.
• Properly collecting patient copays, deductibles and/or past due amounts in POS system.
• Follow up and reschedule all appointments that have been canceled.
• Contact new patient leads to get them scheduled.
• Ensures that the clinic is kept clean, neat and organized.
• General knowledge and ability to verify insurance benefits for all new patients.
