You will work closely with Physical Therapists and the Office Coordinator to keep patient flow smooth, accurate, and welcoming from arrival to checkout.

The role emphasizes patient communication, insurance verification, copay collection, and appointment coordination in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly upbeat mood and demeanor at the front office.
• Demonstrate professionalism with patients and employees.
• Verify insurance benefits for new patients.
• Collect patient copays and past due amounts in the POS system.
• Follow up and reschedule all canceled appointments.
• Contact new patient leads to schedule visits.
