NAVY EXCHANGE SERVICE COMMAND (NEXCOM) at Kings Bay, GA, seeks a part-time Front Desk Associate to deliver exceptional guest service at NHG properties. You will manage front desk operations, handle inquiries, and coordinate lodging needs while ensuring privacy and security of all guests.

Responsibilities include check-ins/outs, room assignments, payments, and using the PMS to manage reservations and reports. Weekend/holiday shifts and potential travel between lodging facilities may be required.

Qualifications

• One year general office clerical experience.
• One year progressively responsible experience desired.
• Education may substitute for experience at half a year per six months of experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide courteous guest service, answer inquiries, and offer lodging information and directions.
• Process check-ins/check-outs, verify eligibility, assign rooms and issue keys.
• Use PMS to create, modify, confirm and cancel reservations; maintain guest records.
