Aufgaben

• Greet all guests in a standing upright position and provide high-quality customer service.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and others to guard against theft.
• Coordinate with administrative staff to update unit owner information in the database.
• Utilize proper phone etiquette for all resident calls in a professional manner.
• Report any violations of Rules and Regulations and safety concerns.
• Observe safety precautions and report damage, theft, or unusual occurrences.
• Maintain keys and ensure keys are locked and accounted for.
• Be familiar with fire alarm system operations and report incidents to management.
• Follow emergency procedures with management and emergency services.
• Write daily activity and irregularity reports.
• Report maintenance items to the Association office daily.
