Responsibilities include managing reservations, handling payments, coordinating with other departments, and promoting hotel services. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred; prior hospitality or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Guest Check-In and Check-Out: assist guests smoothly and warmly.
• Reservations Management: handle bookings, cancellations, and changes.
• Customer Service: respond promptly to inquiries and requests.
• Payment Processing: manage charges, deposits, and refunds accurately.
• Communication Hub: coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance.
• Providing Information: share local attractions and hotel services.
• Problem-Solving: resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Maintaining Records: document stays and payments in the PMS.
• Promoting Hotel Services: upsell rooms and amenities.
• Ensuring Security: follow safety protocols and verify IDs.
