Job summary

Home2 Suites Laredo is seeking a friendly Part-Time Front Desk Associate to warmly greet guests, register arrivals, handle check-ins/outs, and answer calls. You will assist with reservations, maintain a welcoming lobby, and provide accurate information to guests.

Previous hotel guest-service experience is preferred; basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel phone systems are a plus. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes.
• Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism, escalating issues as needed.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
• Assist with reservations and inquiries, ensuring accurate information is provided to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
