Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
Manage the check-in and check-out process accurately and efficiently using property management systems.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and payments.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams to meet guest needs and special requests.
Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
Handle billing and payment processing with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and privacy policies.
