Tru by Hilton Laredo North is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, assist with check-in and check-out, answer questions, and help create a positive guest experience in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will maintain accurate guest accounts, provide information about local attractions, collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance, and follow brand standards while protecting guest privacy.
