Excel, an Alliance Physical Therapy Partner, is looking for a part-time Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The Front Office Coordinator is the initial point of contact with patients and supports the outpatient clinic’s administrative functions.

The role involves managing insurance collections, patient registration, answering calls, and ensuring professional communication with patients while adhering to HIPAA and Medicare policies.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in a medical office, customer service, or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide variety of people.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily general office and administrative duties
• Oversee the collect of required insurance co-payments and patient registration, as well as document and reconcile daily schedule
• Provide outstanding and professional customer service to ensure efficiency and promote a positive patient experience
• Verify insurance benefits
• Monitor incoming phone calls and clinic visitors to ensure accurate, timely, and positive clinic communication, facilitation, and presentation
