The Arbors of Bedford, part of Benchmark Senior Living, seeks a Part Time Receptionist to join the team in Bedford, NH. The role includes evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, serving as the information hub for residents, families, and visitors, with some clerical responsibilities and scheduling tasks.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handling calls, managing appointment books, and acting as concierge for residents, ensuring a welcoming, organized lobby and smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Expert knowledge of telephone system and ability to teach others.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors immediately upon arrival
• Professionally handles all phone calls and routes callers or answers questions in a timely and courteous manner
• Offers refreshments (coffee, water, etc.) to visitors, where applicable
• Manages doctor appointment book and beauty appointment book
• Manages beauty and barber appointment book
• Manages documentation for resident accounts
• Acts as concierge for residents (arranging facility bus trips, handling telephone and/or cable problems, managing packages, checking newspaper deliveries, etc.)
• Keeps lobby clean and neat, free of clutter and trash
