Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to act as the information hub for residents, families, staff, and visitors. You will also provide support for simple computer processing tasks as needed.

Hours: Sun Mon 6am-2pm / Fri Sat 11am-7pm. The role includes greeting visitors, handling calls, assisting residents, and coordinating appointments in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Greet visitors and answer questions with professionalism.
• Demonstrates expert knowledge of telephone system and can teach others.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors immediately upon arrival.
• Professionally handle and route calls; answer questions promptly.
• Offer refreshments to visitors when appropriate.
• Manage appointment books for doctors and beauty services.
• Serve as concierge for residents and assist with errands and issues.
• Keep lobby clean and orderly.
