Job summary

The Branches of Framingham, Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join the front desk team for evening shifts (4pm–8pm), 2–3 nights per week. You’ll be the information hub for residents, families, staff, and visitors, providing courteous assistance and basic computer processing support where needed.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling phone calls, coordinating appointments, and acting as a concierge for residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Expert knowledge of telephone system and ability to teach others.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors immediately upon arrival.
• Professionally handles all phone calls and routes callers or answers questions.
• Offers refreshments to visitors when applicable.
• Manages appointment books for doctor, beauty, and barber services.
• Acts as concierge for residents, calling taxis and resolving small issues.
• Keeps lobby clean and presentable at all times.
