Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Part Time Receptionist at The Arbors of Bedford to welcome visitors, manage calls, and support residents with concierge-style service.

This role requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability; compensation is $17.50-$18.75 per hour, with benefits and training opportunities to grow within a caring, team-focused environment. You will keep the lobby tidy, handle appointment books, and assist with resident accounts and transportation coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Expert knowledge of telephone system and capable of teaching others.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors immediately upon arrival.
• Professionally handles all phone calls and routes callers or answers questions in a timely and courteous manner.
• Offers refreshments to visitors.
• Manages doctor appointment book and beauty appointment book.
• Manages beauty and barber appointment book
• Manages documentation for resident accounts
• Acts as concierge for residents (arranging facility bus trips, handling telephone and/or cable problems, managing packages, checking newspaper deliveries, etc.)
• Keeps lobby clean and neat, free of clutter and trash.
