Job summary

The Arbors of Bedford is seeking a Full Time Server to join Benchmark’s dining team in Bedford, NH. Shift runs from 12 pm to 7 pm with various days on a part-time schedule.Rate: $16-$17.25/hour. The role emphasizes friendly, personalized service in a clean, welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering meals, assisting residents, and preparing the dining area for subsequent meals. Benefits are available to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and Health Department regulations for food service operations.
• Must be able to serve food and beverages for residents in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• This is primarily a standing position and required to stand in one place for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders from residents and serves meals on a timely basis that are both presentable and appetizing in appearance.
• Sets up and delivers meal trays and food carts to the dining room as instructed.
• Handles requests from residents who require assistance with meal selection or have specific needs.
• Sets up the dining room for the next scheduled meal.
• Assists in inventorying supplies.
