Transforming Age Associates, LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking a part-time concierge to join our front desk team on Saturdays. This role offers a flexible schedule and competitive hourly pay of $23.00.

You will greet residents and guests, answer calls, schedule meetings, and handle light administrative tasks while delivering outstanding customer service. A high school diploma and relevant experience are preferred, with required background checks.

Qualifikationen

• A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience.
• At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader.
• Current first aid/CPR certification or be willing to obtain.
• Current WA State Food Handler's card or be willing to obtain.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Completion of DSHS background check including fingerprinting, 2-step TB Test also required.

Aufgaben

• Greets residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public.
• Takes calls, schedules meetings and appointments, and other front desk duties as assigned.
• Provides exceptional customer service to our team.
• Performs general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes).
• Distributes packages, mail, and other deliveries.
• Maintains office supplies, orders new inventory as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
