Zusammenfassung

Evergreen Court, a Transforming Age community in Bellevue, WA, is seeking a part-time Concierge to cover Saturdays. You will greet residents and visitors, handle calls, schedule appointments, and perform front desk duties with a focus on customer service.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, at least one year in a concierge role, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and willingness to obtain first aid/CPR and food handler credentials. $23/hour.

Qualifikationen

• A high school diploma or equivalent education, training and experience.
• At least one year of previous experience in a concierge or similar role preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat and/or Adobe Reader.
• Current first aid/CPR certification or be willing to obtain.
• Current WA State Food Handler's card or be willing to obtain.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Completion of DSHS background check including fingerprinting, 2-step TB Test also required.

Aufgaben

• Greet residents, team members, appropriate parties, and the public.
• Take calls, schedule meetings and appointments, and other front desk duties as assigned.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our team.
• Perform general administrative tasks (taking messages, routing calls, taking memos/notes).
• Distribute packages, mail, and other deliveries.
• Maintain office supplies, order new inventory as needed.
