Job summary

Benchmark Senior Living LLC is seeking a Part Time Concierge to be the friendly face of the community, delivering personalized service to residents and guests at the front desk. The role emphasizes hospitality, professional image, and strong communication to support a welcoming environment.

Schedule: Friday 11:30am-8:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm. Previous customer service experience and excellent telephone skills are preferred, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of customer service experience or training.
• Excellent telephone communication skills are required.
• Front desk and hospitality-oriented service is valued.

Responsibilities

• Creates a welcoming, professional first impression for residents and guests.
• Acts as the communication hub for residents, visitors, and staff.
• Manages multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
