Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Front Desk Representative at MGM Springfield in Springfield, MA. You will manage arrivals, departures, and guest requests with a focus on service excellence and guest satisfaction.

The role offers a part-time schedule with weekend and holiday shifts. Experience in a resort setting and cash handling are preferred, and benefits include uniform, meals, and access to MGM Rewards programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Cash handling experience is preferred.
• 1+ Years of Prior Relevant Face to face guest service experience is preferred.
• Part-Time schedule with specific weekend/evening shifts and holiday availability.
• Experience in a similar resort setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests to the property and MGM Resorts family, offering memorable service and resolving complaints.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs, including early/late arrivals and walk-ins.
• Promote MGM Rewards enrollment and benefits to guests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to meet guest expectations.
• Handle charges and payments, balance cash and credit transactions per procedures.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information while ensuring a smooth experience.
