Job summary

Springfield, Massachusetts-based MGM Resorts International is seeking a Guest Services Representative to be the first point of contact for guests, delivering outstanding service and ensuring every interaction is welcoming and efficient. The role includes handling calls, dispatching guest requests, and maintaining service records in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and availability for a part-time overnight schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience required.
• 1+ years in a high-volume call center or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all calls courteously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide dispatch services for guest requests related to luggage, room service, housekeeping, wake-up calls, and other services.
• Enter data for requested services and inform guests about property functions and facilities.
• Maintain accurate records for requests and dispatch bell and limo runs per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of room service menu items and suggest additional items.
• Operate beeper and TDD systems and provide feedback to improve processes.
