MGM Resorts International in Springfield, MA is seeking a Guest Services Representative to be the first touchpoint for guests, delivering outstanding service and ensuring every interaction is welcoming and memorable.

The starting rate is $15.75 per hour with part-time, overnight scheduling. Responsibilities include handling calls, dispatching guest requests, data entry, and maintaining accurate records while promoting property amenities and services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a high-volume call center or customer service setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls courteously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide dispatch services for guest requests (luggage, room service, housekeeping, wake-up calls, check-outs, etc).
• Enter data for requested services in various departments.
• Inform guests about property functions and facilities on request.
• Maintain records for all requests and dispatch bell/limo runs according to policies.
• Know all room service menu items and suggest additional items.
• Operate beeper system and TDD machine; relay observations to management.
