Responsibilities

• Handle all calls courteously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide dispatch services for guest requests (luggage, room service, housekeeping, wake-up calls, check-outs, etc.).
• Enter data for requested services in various departments and inform guests of property functions.
• Maintain records for all requests and dispatch bell and limo runs per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of room service menu and suggest items.
