As a Concierge, you will greet residents, guests, and vendors, manage building access, and serve as a trusted point of contact for daily needs while ensuring privacy, professionalism, and exceptional serviceat all times.
Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
Assistresidents with questions, requests, and coordination of authorized vendor access.
Maintain confidentiality anduphold resident privacy at all times.
Respond effectively to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalating when needed.
Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries accurately inBuildingLink.
Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve the resident experience.
Support resident relations throughtimelyfollow-up and issue resolution.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred.
Strong customer service and hospitality knowledge, ideally in a luxury environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask independently.
Comfort using technology such as email and concierge or property management systems.
Professional judgment, discretion, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
Flexibility toworkvaryingschedules, including weekends and holidays.
