Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a polished Concierge for our luxury downtown Austin community. You will greet residents and guests, manage building access, and coordinate with vendors, delivering discreet, high-touch service in a fast-paced environment.

This part-time role covers Friday and Saturday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with strong emphasis on privacy, professionalism, and responsive issue resolution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in hospitality, concierge, or luxury residential settings preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with warm, professional service.
• Manage building access and log guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions and coordinate authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and resident privacy at all times.
• Respond to concerns and emergencies, escalating when needed.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles preferred.
