Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally.
• Check patients in and assist with the check-in kiosk.
• Assist new patients with the check-in process.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect co-payments and provide receipts.
• Copy/scan insurance and patient documents.
• Organize basic front desk paperwork.
• Answer basic patient questions or direct them as needed.
• Notify team members when patient needs assistance.
• Keep front desk neat and organized.
• Perform other basic front desk duties as assigned.
