Responsibilities

• Check patients in and assist with the clinic's check-in kiosk
• Assist new patients with the check-in process
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Collect co-payments and provide receipts
• Make copies of identification cards, insurance cards, and patient paperwork
• Scan, copy, and organize basic documents
• Answer basic patient questions or direct them
• Notify the appropriate team member when extra assistance is needed
• Keep the front desk and reception area neat and organized
• Complete other basic front desk duties as assigned
