Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Check patients in and assist with the check-in kiosk.
• Assist new patients with completing the check-in process.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect co-payments and provide receipts.
• Make copies of IDs, insurance cards, and paperwork.
• Scan, copy, and organize basic documents.
• Answer or direct basic patient questions.
• Notify team members when assistance is needed.
• Keep front desk neat and organized.
• Perform other basic front desk duties as assigned.
