Job summary

Alexa MGMT is seeking a Front Desk Agent in Round Rock, TX to welcome guests, manage registrations, and handle reservations. This part-time position includes afternoon/evening and overnight shifts to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Responsibilities include checking in/out, processing payments, and providing information on rooms, rates, and amenities, while coordinating with housekeeping as needed. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Proven customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with office equipment and front desk software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete all check-in and check-out procedures.
• Oversee all reservations, including online and phone.
• Complete room payments and verify identification.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates and amenities.
• Respond to guest concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and assist when needed.
• Upsell facilities and services where appropriate.
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
