Job summary

Residence Inn Austin Round Rock is seeking a Weekend Front Desk Agent to deliver warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and attentive guest service on Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm to 11pm.

As the face of the hotel, you manage reservations, assist guests, handle requests, and keep the front desk running with precision, professionalism, and a smile.

Experience in hospitality and familiarity with hotel software and Microsoft Office is preferred; a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.
