Job summary

Extended Stay America in the Austin/Round Rock area seeks a Night Service Representative for part-time, onsite work. You will respond to overnight on-call needs, assist with guest check-ins/check-outs, manage keys, and uphold safety standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will work in a hotel environment, with duties including logging events, handling emergencies, and supporting other local properties if needed. Competitive wages and a supportive team are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to respond to overnight needs within 30 minutes.
• Ability to read, interpret and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests on call for check-ins, maintenance issues, noise complaints and safety situations.
• Maintain control of all hotel keys and safeguard against mishandling or theft.
• Log keys in and out and assist with guest check-ins/check-outs when needed.
• Follow hotel policies, safety procedures and provide directions to guests.
• Log events, run reports, and post payments to guest folios when necessary.
• Maintain proficiency in location computer and software systems and respond to emergencies.
