Courtyard by Marriott Austin Round Rock, TX in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Night Auditor for the overnight shift (11 PM–7 AM). The Front Desk Night Auditor serves as the first point of contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs, guest requests, and service recovery while maintaining safety and accuracy in transactions.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, experience with hospitality standards, and basic computer skills for property management systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Check guests in, issue room keys, and provide information on hotel services and room location.
• Answer phones promptly and courteously.
• Upsell rooms when possible to maximize revenue.
• Process guest calls, requests, and records in the system.
• Handle cash/credit transactions and guest safes per procedures.
• Assist with guest reservations and communicate issues to management.
• Work with team across departments to ensure quality service.
