Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during overnight stays.
• Balance daily revenue and perform front desk tasks at night.
• Verify and balance all credit card transactions and deposits.
• Close the current business day and open the new day in the night audit system.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare end-of-shift paperwork and audit packs.
