Job summary

Job Summary

Food Services Assistants at the Rio Salado Cafe provide astonishing customer service while serving students, staff and our local community by preparing high quality meals.

Essential Functions

• 40% - Prepares food for breakfast, lunch and catering services.
• 20% - Provides excellent customer service while serving food in the cafe and for catering
• 20% - Cleans and ensures health department standards are exceeded
• 10% - Completes daily prep lists, health department temperature charts and other back of house tracking forms
• 10% - Assists with delivery and pick-up of on-site catering events. Performs other duties as assigned.

Special Working Conditions
