Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America in Schaumburg (Woodfield area) is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on sales, operations and customer experience. On the shop floor, you’ll coach a team of Sales Ambassadors to reach and exceed their goals through hands-on guidance and coaching.

You’ll educate customers on Lush values, drive product engagement, oversee cash handling, visual merchandising, and stock tasks, while promoting DEIB and a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service operations.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the sales team and adjusting shop floor to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush values and ethical initiatives in-store and events.
• Expand product knowledge to make informed recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance.
• Foster DEIB through open communication and collaboration.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing, and store security.
• Oversee visuals, merchandising, stock and inventory tasks.
• Enforce store policies and safety standards.
