Job summary

Lush is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. You’ll drive sales, open/close the store, and lead training sessions, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and a motivated staff.

On the shop floor you’ll coach Sales Ambassadors, develop product knowledge, and uphold brand values—Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging—while maintaining a visually appealing store.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, and training.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales using StoreForce dashboard and coach team.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences on the shop floor.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethics.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Train Sales Ambassadors and peers on effective sales techniques.
