Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America in Wisconsin (Appleton) seeks a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, guiding sales staff to achieve goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will coach team members, drive sales, demonstrate product knowledge, and promote brand values.

Responsibilities include supervising cash handling, opening/closing duties, maintaining visuals, and ensuring quality service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching and training.
• Ability to solve day-to-day customer service issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor.
• Lead, coach and develop Sales Ambassadors to meet and exceed goals.
• Educate customers on brand values and product information.
• Maintain visuals, stock, and store standards; support opening/closing procedures.
