Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor, driving sales, opening/closing, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead a team of Sales Ambassadors, coach via data-driven feedback, share product knowledge, and advocate our brand values while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in customer service and sales.
Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, and training.
Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service operations.
Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
