Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service operations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and help achieve store goals using StoreForce data and coaching.
• Lead on the shop floor to deliver world-class customer experiences and product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and our stances on cruelty-free, fresh cosmetics, ethical buying, and packaging.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations for customer needs.
• Train Sales Ambassadors and peers in effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Promote DEIB by encouraging open communication and collaboration among team members.
• Handle cash, open/close procedures, and secure daily deposits to ensure operational accuracy.
• Maintain clean visuals and merchandising, and adjust displays based on sales data.
• Support stock and inventory tasks, ensuring product freshness and display standards.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures for opening, closing, and staff conduct.
