Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor and drive sales. You’ll lead a team of sales associates, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and contribute to brand values—from demonstrations to ethics in our products.

This part-time role focuses on coaching, inventory tasks, and creating a positive, productive store environment with a strong emphasis on DEIB and customer delight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience supervising and coaching a team.
• Ability to handle cash and opening/closing procedures.
• Passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team to meet goals.
