Job summary

Lush is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader in Appleton, WI to support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. You will lead a team on the shop floor, coach colleagues, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while upholding brand values around skincare, ethics, and handmade cosmetics.

Responsibilities include coaching, inventory tasks, cash handling, and opening/closing duties. Flexible schedule and DEIB commitment are expected in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to solve day‑to‑day customer service issues.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver world-class customer experience; coach team using store performance data.
• Lead and train Sales Ambassadors; promote DEIB within the team.
• Maintain store standards for visuals, merchandising, and stock management.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and cash handling; ensure store security.
• Foster a positive, productive work environment and brand values.
