Job summary

Lush is seeking a Floor Leader for the Oakbrook area to support the Store Management Team across sales, operations, and exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team on the shop floor, coach Sales Ambassadors, and help drive weekly results while upholding brand standards and a positive atmosphere.

With 20–29 hours weekly on-site, you’ll handle opening/closing, training, and live coaching to ensure outstanding service and visual standards in our ethical cosmetics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience with coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills for day-to-day customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare and ethical business.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Sales Ambassadors to meet and exceed sales goals.
