Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader at Crossgates Mall Pay in Albany, NY. You will lead a team on the shop floor, coach sales ambassadors, and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales results, coaching, deepening product knowledge, handling cash, opening/closing the store, and promoting Lush brand values and ethical business practices to customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience in cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to solve problems related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: use StoreForce dashboard to coach and adjust shop floor structure to meet sales goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver world-class service and product demonstrations on the shop floor.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values and ethical practices in-store and via events.
• Product Passion: deepen product knowledge and provide informed recommendations.
• Develop team: train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers, seeking feedback for growth.
• DEIB: promote open communication and belonging within the team.
