Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.

• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Experience: Drive sales, coach and adjust shop floor structure to meet goals, celebrate achievements with the team.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class customer service with product demonstrations and consultations.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values, ethical sourcing and packaging.
• Product Passion: Deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
