Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America in California is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team on sales, opening/closing, and store operations. You will lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor to hit and exceed daily goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach staff, model product passion about skincare, and educate customers on our brand values, DEIB, and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving skills related to day-to-day customer service operations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs ( evenings, weekends, holidays ).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales on the shop floor and coach the sales team to meet or exceed goals.
