Job summary

Lush Cosmetics North America in Little Rock is seeking a Part-Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across all areas of the business, including sales, opening/closing the store, and leading training sessions.

You will supervise a team of sales associates on the shop floor, deliver world-class customer experiences, promote Lush brand values, and drive operational excellence while maintaining a positive, energetic store culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team using StoreForce dashboard insights.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical skincare practices in-store and in the community.
• Train Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and elevate skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store and manage inventory tasks.
• Promote DEIB and foster a sense of belonging and collaboration among staff.
