Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to supervise on the sales floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensure smooth daily operations. You will support opening/closing, manage POS tasks, and drive omni-channel sales while upholding the brand's standards.

The role emphasizes customer focus, strong communication, and adaptability. Schedule requires 12–16 hours weekly with weekend and holiday availability, plus opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, but leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to stay adaptable and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
