Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in the United States is seeking a part-time Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. The role involves acting as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and driving daily sales on the floor.

You will perform opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill Omni Channel orders, and uphold product knowledge while representing the brand and its values.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Initiative, confidence, adaptability, and flexibility.
